The home is a single-story residence with fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, 4 full bedrooms (3 queen-sized beds, 1 bunk bed with full/twin sizes), and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a back patio area, yard, and fire-pit.

QUIET HOURS:

• Since we are in a quaint neighborhood with lovely neighbors, quiet hours are in effect starting at 9pm and extending through 9am.
• Outdoor music is NOT permitted while at the space.
• We try our best to be respectful of our neighbors as they are respectful to us, so following this request is essential.

Guests are able to occupy the whole home and driveway. Street parking is the only thing that is off limits- as to respect our neighbors and the neighborhood.
