The home is located just on the outskirts of Downtown Lawrenceburg's city center. There is an open living room, newly renovated kitchen with an island and 3 seat bar, two bedrooms with 3 queen beds in total, and one full bathroom! Please keep in mind that the one bathroom of the home is only accessible through the master bedroom :) Guests will be able to access the entire space and yard throughout their stay. Pet's are welcome at the home- we currently have a 2 pet maximum and our pet fee is $40 per stay! The Homestead: this newly renovated home is stylish and centrally located. Situated in the heart of Downtown Lawrenceburg, just minutes from local shops, the county park, and a short drive to several Bourbon Distilleries! This home is great for groups and families looking to get away- with 3 beds and a pull out couch to accommodate your party's size. Upon entry you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a large island for meal prep, a charming living room with Smart TV tech, and a fire pit. Cheers

The host was super responsive period. i know there's nothing you can really do about it.But having the one bathroom in the master bedroom wasn't great. i would also recommend if you plan on cooking there to bring your own supplies. There weren't a lot of kitchen accessories, cookie sheets, large pans etc. very cute place, great location...walkable to downtown. I was most imoressed by the hosts communication!
Location as described. Host was very responsive to an issue we had and any other questions. Was unable to get the dishwashing working during our stay but not an issue and just washed things by hand. Easy location.
My brothers and I had a really great long weekend stay. The house is clean, comfortable and a great location. Close to shops and restaurants, multiple distilleries and of course, Keeneland. Allen was super helpful and had so much info for us. We would book again for our next trip to Frankfort.
