The home is a single-story ranch style house. There is an open concept living room/dining area, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds and 1 king-sized bed, and a fully fenced in backyard with a covered patio for dining.
Guests are able to occupy the whole home and driveway. Street parking is off limits- in order to respect our neighbors and neighborhood ordinances.
Pet's are welcome at the home- we currently have a 2 pet maximum and our pet fee is $50 per stay!

The house needs a better HVAC or windows. There must be someone who smokes next door because the house smells of smoke constantly. It would dissipate and then reappear. It is a near permanent smell inside the house. Besides that, it was a fine place to stay. Convenient to the airport and getting to downtown. Hot tub is a nice addition, but the jets are weak.
Allen was very nice and addressed any issues we had. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. We felt safe in this neighborhood. It was very easy to find. It had plenty of space for our group of four. Thanks, Allen
Great communication with Allen. The place met all of our needs. Beds were comfy! Several niceties, like coffee and tea, provided.
